Jack Nicklaus’ signature course on the Gold Coast ‘Lakelands’ was initially Master planned for development by a team including Terrain.
The Landscape character of the Course was developed from the original Master Plan and Landscape Master Plan prepared by Terrain for the developer.
Working with the experience gained from Arnold Palmer’s design team on The Pines, Scott was able to immediately establish a design and service ethic to integrate with Jack Nicklaus’ team on site.
Initial resource strategies for plants and materials were developed for construction as were Contractors and Specialist Contractors.
9 Hole Course
Design Concepts for a 9 Hole Par 3 Course were prepared by Terrain for the balance of developable land to supplement the Resort appeal of ‘Lakelands’.
